I am an avid reader, particularly enjoying fantasy, sci-fi, and historical fiction. I am academically and personally entwined in the study of History, Philosophy and World Religions - and the teaching of them. I am also an avid gamer, playing both PC, console and portable games. Within these fields I also enjoy the artistic expressions people are capable of bringing to them.

I am a deeply analytical person, and have become further so over years of academic study. This has, unfortunately, come at the expense of something else I love, the creative feelings and use of mind associated with art. Thus, although I continue to look at art, and love it, I have not imbibed myself as much as I would like into the creative processes of art for years.

In the last couple of years I have been trying my hand at Photography so as to regain some of that creative mindset. Now to see how that journey pans out...
